- Collaborating with the team’s chief trial attorney to make decisions regarding all aspects of the prosecution, including witness selection, evidence analysis and overall strategy;
- Drafting motions, briefs and other pleadings, and
- Leading prosecution team’s legal technology strategy.

- Briefed and argued cases before the Washington State Court of Appeals.

- Served as primary legal adviser in the pre-indictment stage of a case involving, among other things, the massacre of civilians.
